• Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the market.
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the mission and objectives of the company to promote revenue, profitability and growth
• Oversee company operations to ensure effective management of resources both internal and external including efficiency in production, quality, service, and cost management
• Based on the Company’s development plan, review and advance its business and operational models
• Develop company operational strategy and policies, procedures, and standards to optimize the company’s management system
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining business objectives and plans and provide revision in accordance with the market dynamics
• Review, develop and advance the performance of executives to be compatible to the development needs of the company

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines, and ideally with an MBA
• At least 15 years or above of relevant experiences of which 5 years as CEO or equivalent
• An entrepreneur who is constantly looking for challenge
• Can think out-of-the-box and able to provide insightful decision making to drive a business to success
• Have solid track records in driving business and organizational growth
• Strong ability in developing high level business strategy, partnership, and drive to success with astute business acumen and strong analytical, organization and planning skills
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication, motivation and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, conversant with other Asian languages is an advantage
