Job Responsibilities:
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the some operations of the admin department and report directly to the Admin Supervisor.
Responsibility
- Responsible for recording of all fixed assets and office equipments.
- Responsible for cars & motors’ insurance such as register, check and follow up.
- Responsible for receiving & distributing all documents to the concerned department (in & out letter).
- Prepare purchase requisition (PR), for motorcycle repairing and controlling maintenance cost of each motorcycle.
- Responsible for stationary & translate some concerned document.
- Weekly & monthly report to admin supervisor.
- Others work have assigned by admin supervisor.

Job Requirment:
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years in admin work or related field.
- Good command in English for both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills and team work.
- Can stay and work in rural area.
- Strong in interpersonal skills.
