- Supervise claim officer on claim managing and filing activities.
- Develop, implement and enforce claim policies and procedures.
- Supervise claim staff in coverage investigation, liability analysis and settlement negotiation.
- Develop best practices to optimize claim processing quality.
- Maintain, train, orient, mentor and evaluate claim officer.
- Propose solution to coverage issues and coverage denials.
- Perform claim negotiation and confirm settlement amount.
- Document claim assessment and filing activities accurately.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly report on claim progress to Deputy Manager.
- Undertake other duties as required.
