Job Responsibilities:

§ To review banking policy and procedures

§ To participate and develop new procedures and guidelines for new business process

§ To involve with project team for reviewing and setting up internal control system

§ To participate in new bank’s product and service development

§To work with project team for new initiative

Job Requirment:

§ Bachelor degree in any related field

§ At least two-year working experience in banking industry at supervisory level

§ Ability to participate in business policies, guideline & procedures development

§ Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer

§ Good interpersonal skills

§ Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team

§ Computer literate, in particular Ms. Office applications

§ Maintain a high level of commitment and confidentiality

§ Strong desire to work as a team
