Job Responsibilities:
|
§ Assist in operational support of the IT Infrastructure systems
§ Ensure reliable and stable operation of the technology applied in bank
§ Support IT Department on implementing changes, maintenance and any other activities
§ Provide helpdesk support to users
§ Assist the IT Manager in continuous development of systems and processes
§ Respond promptly to business requirements and queries
§Assist in IT project delivery

Job Requirment:
|
§ Fresh graduate bachelor degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
§ Dedicated, resourceful and aptitude towards IT
§ Ability to work independently
§ IT Application & Infrastructure experience
§ Good interpersonal and communication skills including English proficiency
§ Other IT certificates is a plus
§ Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
