Job Responsibilities:
|
§ Acknowledge and greet customers, offer assistance with the doors, elevators and guide customer for their directions. He/she will assist to direct traffic at the lobby entrances during high customer volume.
|
§ Pick up and deliver mails, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns.
|
|
|
Job Requirment:
|
§ Complete high school diploma or higher education.
§ Attended administration or hospitality courses are helpful.
§ Experience as doorman/messenger in hospitality or financial service institution is an advantage
§ Knowledge of protocol and courtesy, customer service
§ Basic English (Pre-intermediate level).
§ Safe driving and know the road in Phnom Penh
§ Strong interpersonal skills and good communication with customers.
§ Be highly organized
§ Good listeners and able to accurately transmit information
