Job Responsibilities:

Assist in enhancing analytical capabilities within the team in order to better understand the underlying business performance drivers
Prepare, consolidate and monitor the budgets in accordance with the Bank’s overall strategic business plan policy and monitor performance against budgets
Analyze operations and business drivers and identify issues and emerging trends
Provide analysis and advice on management accounting issues
Prepare the management accounting report and analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis
Prepare the ALCO report and analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis
Analyze the bank’s performance on some key financial indicators
Analyze the bank’s total loans and total deposits, growth, trend and compare with the whole banking industry
Consolidate financial statement of Canadia Bank and its subsidiary
Collaborate with risk department to manage risks such as liquidity risk, interest rate risk. currency risk and so on
Collaborate with other departments to help enhance the process of products and services, while ensure strong internal control and compliance with the bank’s policies and manual
Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirment:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking is required and Completed FIA/pursuing ACCA is preferred
Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Khmer are necessarily required
Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
Must have fluent computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
At least one or two years working experience in a Financial Institution or any of big four audit firms
Having sound analytical skills to read, interpret and analyze data and statistics
Having sound knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting techniques
Having previous experience in budgeting is an advantage
Self-directed, self-motivated and team player
Pleasant personality
Willing to work under pressure and over time.
