Job Responsibilities:
- Increase number of new accounts, deposit and conduct research and collect data for the business development and marketing /promotional activities for the corporate customers
- Cross sales other products, services, facilities of the bank including non-credit products or facilities by referring the customers to other related departments at Head Office
- Assist Corporate Relationship Manager to conduct research in the area of deposit, remittance services and other products/services (non credit) to enhance Main Branch/ Bank’s business
- Assist in implementation of marketing campaigns for deposit products, remittance services, and other non-credit products/services
- Assist in direct contact and follow up the corporate customers to seek for their banking needs, create their demand, and support their business activities
- Follow and achieve agreed annual budgets/target for the assigned target
- Brainstorm and share the selling points and follow the agreed plan to achieve greater productivity , deliver fast, efficient and satisfied service to customers
- Keep recording the update of competitors’ information such as pricing, new products, new promotion, and their services in a line comparison with Canadia Bank
- Build stronger relationship with existing customers by calling or visiting to check whether they need further service or they have any feedback
- Cold call to potential corporate to arrange appointment and introduce them bank products and services
- Prepare weekly report and update progress report
- Strictly adhere to Operations Manual and authority delegation
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with all business units, departments, and branches
- Strictly comply with the Bank’s Code of Conduct
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirment:
- Bachelor’s degree in major of marketing, business administration or equivalent in related field
- At least 1 or 2 years working experiences in sale or corporate department (Bank or Micro Finance Institution industry is more advantages)
- Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer and Chinese is more advantages
- Be able to travel around Phnom Penh and Provinces
- Proactive, friendly (humble), open minded, smart working, active people, self discipline, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Be able to work under pressure and works as a team.
