|
Job Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, validate, and monitor Business Units Loss Event Data, Key Risk Indicators, and Risk Control Self Assessments reports and trends
- Analyze LED, highlight direct financial loss and “near misses” including root cause, sources of data and appropriate action plans with defined target completion date
- Assist in identification of KRIs that are linked to LED
- drive and validate risk mitigation plans developed by Operational Risk Champions
- Support Risk workshop facilitation to produce risk profiles report for the bank
- Design and develop Operational Risk Management report templates and training materials, for approval by Head of Risk Management and Compliance
- Maintain, validate, and monitor Risk Logs reported by Operational Risk Champions
- Manage key relationship with business units
- Nurture risk-aware culture of the whole bank
- Perform task as assigned by Head of Risk Management and Compliance.

Job Requirment:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent
- 3 years experience of risk management in banking industries
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
|
