Job Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, validate, and monitor Business Units Loss Event Data, Key Risk Indicators, and Risk Control Self Assessments reports and trends
  • Analyze LED, highlight direct financial loss and “near misses” including root cause, sources of data and appropriate action plans with defined target completion date
  • Assist in identification of KRIs that are linked to LED
  • drive and validate risk mitigation plans developed by Operational Risk Champions
  • Support Risk workshop facilitation to produce risk profiles report for the bank
  • Design and develop Operational Risk Management report templates and training materials, for approval by Head of Risk Management and Compliance
  • Maintain, validate, and monitor Risk Logs reported by Operational Risk Champions
  • Manage key relationship with business units
  • Nurture risk-aware culture of the whole bank
  • Perform task as assigned by Head of Risk Management and Compliance.
Job Requirment:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent
  • 3 years experience of risk management in banking industries
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
