Duties + Requirements

Loan/Credit Officer

Duties

Promote the sales of credit and loan services
Build and maintain customer relationship
Interview applicants for individual or corporate loan
Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, reference, credit ability to repay the loan
Complete loan document with recommendations
Regularly follow up the clients business performance
Review and update loan file
Maintain loan quality at the highest possible level.

Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in Business or related fields
2 years or more experience in banking sector
Strong communication and marketing skills
Computer literature
Excellence in Khmer and English in both speaking and writing

Credit Support Officer

Duties

Prepare Loan Agreement and other related documents such as thumb print with customers on the Loan Agreement and other related documents .
Prepare loan disbursement’s document and the title deeds to be mortgaged at Sangkat / Khan & Cadastral office.
Open customer CID and post disbursement batch into system.
Prepare and maintain all the legal documents in loan file, prepare all the very important documents and title deeds to keep in the safe board.
Calculate the loan paid-off amount to the customers, prepare documents related to loan-paid off to customers and responsible for keeping and withdrawing the title deeds of the customers.
Be the monthly data- up loader for all the customer accounts and transactions to CBC and process enquiry for Credit Bureau Cambodia report.

Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in Law "Prefer in Cambodian law "
2 years or more experience in banking or legal sector
Strong communication and marketing skills
Computer literature
Excellence in Khmer and English in both speaking and writing
