• Developing the IT solutions and the IT business management systems required to maintain IT value and service delivery
• Analyzing a client’s current Power Systems environment and defining future business and technical Requirements
• Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools.
• Occasionally, provide technical advice to partners/customers, and give technical direction to team members such as subcontractors or client personnel.
• Perform strategic analyses and develop recommendations.
• Develop business cases incorporating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics to measure, manage, assess risk, reduce costs, and improve overall value of IT assets for clients.
• Maintain and upgrade the required certifications required.
• Coordinate with vendor and keep management in loop
• Maintain high standards to integrity and report any noticeable concern related to it, to the management immediately.
• Assist in the identification of new IT services opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Manage Server Issues, and support for replacement installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot issues in the server environment
• Any other tasks assign by manager.

• Degree Holder with major Computer Sciences
• At least 5-7 years solid experience in Information Technology system in sizeable organization with supervisory responsibility
• Experience in Active Directory, Exchange and Systems Administration, File Server, Backup Strategy
• Experience with VMware ,Linux, Cisco network equipment, Server Administration, Storage Administration
• Experience in Open Source like Linux, Solaris, HPUX AIX is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
• Immediately available is highly preferred
